BlackMountain includes a built-in feedback system where you can submit suggestions, report bugs, and track the progress of community requests.

Submitting Feedback

  1. Click the Feedback option in the sidebar or profile menu.
  2. Select the type of feedback:
    • Feature Request — Suggest a new feature or improvement
    • Bug Report — Report something that isn’t working correctly
    • General — Share general comments or thoughts
  3. Write a title and description for your feedback.
  4. Click Submit.

Voting on Feedback

Browse public feedback submitted by other users and vote on the items you’d like to see prioritised:
  1. Navigate to the Feedback section.
  2. Browse the list of submitted feedback.
  3. Click the upvote button on items you support.
