Accessing BlackMountain

BlackMountain is available at platform.blackmountain.io. Open this URL in any web browser to get started.

Creating an Account

If you don’t have an account yet:
  1. Navigate to the login page.
  2. Click Sign Up.
  3. Enter your email address and create a password.
  4. Verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
  5. Once verified, sign in with your credentials.
Your organisation administrator may have already invited you by email. In that case, follow the link in your invitation email to set up your account.

Signing In

  1. Go to platform.blackmountain.io.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Sign In.

First-Time Setup

After signing in for the first time, you’ll want to:
  1. Set up your profile — Add your name and avatar in the profile settings.
  2. Join or create an organisation — If you were invited, accept the invitation. Otherwise, create a new organisation.
  3. Explore the interface — See the Interface Overview for a tour of the app.
