Improved assistant selector with search, starred favourites, and better team visibility.

## What's New

## Bug Fixes

* **Team Assignment**: Assign assistants to any team across all organisations and workspaces, grouped by org/workspace in the selector.
* **Team Visibility Fix**: Resolved an issue where assistants shared with other teams were not appearing in the selector.
